Returns and Exchanges
We believe that shopping for Jewelry should be Hassle free and without risk. Returns and Exchanges are always free, you can buy gifts with the confidence of knowing that if the recipient needs a different size, color or style, we will not only make the exchange, we will send out a postage prepaid envelope to make the exchange effortless. If you wish to return an item for any reason, Our merchandise can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit (with one year expiration) within 30 days of purchase. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit only. Jewelry must be in NEW condition with all original certificates, packaging and accessories. Items which have been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered items, as well as special order or custom items or items which have been sold at reduced prices or as final sale or clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
- Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special orders.
- Cash refunds are issued to the original purchaser with original sales receipt.
- Cash refunds over $100 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.
- Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
- Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
- All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

- Please read the information on your original packing slip.
- Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
- If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip: [address]
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
- You can expect a refund within 30 days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
